Privacy policy

Vivid Imagination Marketing ("Vivid," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It's written in plain language on purpose.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you fill out our contact form, we receive what you type: your name, business name, email, phone number, business type, address (if you provide it), website or social media links, what you're trying to accomplish, and how you heard about us. The form is delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit, a third-party form service, which processes the submission to forward it to us.
• Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log things like your IP address, browser type, the pages you visit and the time of your visit. We use this only to keep the site running and secure.
• Advertising measurement. We use the Google tag (Google Ads) to measure whether visitors who arrive from our ads reach our thank-you page. Google may set cookies for this purpose under its own privacy policy. You can opt out of personalized ads at adssettings.google.com.
• Embedded content. Our pages show videos embedded from Instagram (Meta) and TikTok, and load fonts from Google Fonts. When those load, the provider may set cookies or collect data under its own privacy policy, the same as if you visited their site directly. We don't control that data.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your information.
• We don't run advertising networks or trackers on this site.
• We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.

How we use your information

We use what you send us for one thing: to respond to you and talk about working together. If we end up working together, the information becomes part of our normal business records for that relationship.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries for as long as they're useful for following up, and business records for as long as the law or our accountants require. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email slenskymedia@gmail.com or call 518-380-0281 and we'll take care of it. Residents of certain states and countries have additional legal rights; we honor those requests regardless of where you live.

Children

This site is for businesses and organizations. It isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Third-party links

This site links to Instagram, TikTok and client websites. Their privacy practices are their own.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
