Where is Vivid Imagination based, and where do you work?
We're based in Albany, NY and work with businesses across the Capital Region: Albany, Troy, Schenectady, Saratoga, Clifton Park, Guilderland and the towns in between. For TikTok Shop and live selling, we work with product brands anywhere.
What does "we don't market from a desk" actually mean?
It means we're in your business. We film on location, meet your staff, cover your events and find the opportunities that never show up on a content calendar. The marketing comes from what's really happening inside the business.
Who will I actually be working with?
Real people from our team are assigned to your business and stay on it. You won't be sending requests into an agency inbox or explaining your business to someone new every month.
Do you only do social media?
No. Video and social are the core, but we also run Meta and Google Ads, manage Google Business Profiles and reviews, handle PR and events, work with local creators, and set up TikTok Shop and live selling for product brands.
Do you work with local influencers and creators?
Yes. We have relationships with creators across the 518, from micro creators with a few thousand engaged local followers to the biggest names in the area. We match them to the business, not the follower count.
Do you help nonprofits?
Yes. We donate video, design and marketing support to select nonprofits and community organizations. If that's you, tell us about your mission on the contact page.
How fast will I hear back?

What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Mostly local, owner-run businesses in the Capital Region: restaurants and bars, a brewery, a dispensary, a gym, a sneaker shop, a coworking space, a chamber of commerce and product brands. If customers walk through your door or buy your product, the work translates.
Do you film the content yourselves?
Yes. We come to your business with our own cameras and crew and film on location. You are not sending us clips from your phone and hoping for the best, and you are not booking a studio day.
What is TikTok Shop and live selling setup?
For product brands we set up the shop itself, act as the liaison with the platform, build the set, provide on-camera talent, shoot the product content and handle order fulfillment. It is the whole live commerce operation, not just the stream.
